A comfy, centrally located hotel

The hotel is in the centre of Warsaw, close to the metro, tram and bus stations, and a 10-minute walk from the central train station or one tram or bus stop. The room was spacious, quiet and supremely comfortable for an immaculate night's sleep. The free wi-fi worked perfectly. It was easy to access and speedy. Despite having thirty floors, the six spacious and fast lifts ensured the swift guest flow from the room floors to the lobby and vice versa. The breakfast was fantastic, with ample options, from sweets to salties, hot and cold, fresh fruit, freshly made pancakes, juices, coffee, etc. The breakfast staff was remarkably attentive and made sure everything was always available. I highly recommend taking it. In the bathroom, toiletries were limited to shampoo and shower gel in the shower area and hand soap by the wash basin. Nothing more. Even lower-class hotels provide a paper cup for your toothbrush, but there was nothing like that available. In a four-star hotel, apart from a cup, one would expect at least find hair conditioner, body lotion and a shower cap. Nothing else, not even a paper cup to put your toothbrush in, something you find even in hotels with fewer stars. The available coffee machine leaked water, something housekeeping services knew, even before our arrival, because they always left the water tank empty. However, it was not fixed or replaced during our seven-night stay.

Great location, accommodation and service. Very family friendly as well with a kids corner next to the restaurant and a cinema with popcorn service :) Also special thanks to Piotr who helped us with all the luggage on our check-out and way to the taxi.

Whilst this hotel is in a great central place within Warsaw and right next to a Metro entrance, it is quite an old hotel, built in the 1970's. The hotel is busy, with 33 floors. I stayed in a room on the 28th floor and whilst the room was nice, the bathroom was a little tight, however even with the window closed I could still hear the traffic and tram noise and for that reason I rated it average. The bar area was nice and the staff very friendly and they provided great service. Late Sunday afternoon I ordered some food in the bar area, a Caesar salad and Rome Pizza. These were both very tasty.

The hotel has a great modern look. The rooms have a great view and are very comfortable. Gabriela at check in was very helpful and accommodating. The bar area was very spacious with comfortable chairs and a big screen. Excellent location to shopping areas, historical sites, and train station.

Very good stay. I am used to be at Novotel Centrum in Warsaw and always the service is excellent. This time also I really appreciated the support by Weronika that was able to apply for a free early check-in. In fact I arrived at 8:00am after a long flight from Beijing and really I needed for entering my room for a shower and a rest. Thank you Weronika!
